Terms of Service.
These terms are the agreement between you and Home in Ten. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Short version: be decent, don't break the law, don't abuse the service, and you can cancel any time. We'll do our best to keep the app up and running — but it's provided as-is.
Who we are
Home in Ten is operated by an independent publisher. Contact: chantel@homeintenapp.com. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Home in Ten. References to “you” mean the person using the app.
Your account
To use Home in Ten you need an account. You're responsible for:
- Providing a real email address you can receive mail at.
- Keeping your password private — don't share it.
- All activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Subscriptions and payment
Solo plan
The Solo plan is $19 per year, billed annually. A read-only preview of Day 1 is available before payment. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel.
Brokerage plans
Brokerage ($399/mo) and Large Brokerage ($599/mo) are billed monthly. A 15-day free trial is available for new customers — no charge until the trial ends. Plans renew monthly unless canceled.
Billing and refunds
- Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to their terms when you enter payment details.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
- We don't offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll work it out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying code or content.
- Use the service to send spam, abusive messages, or anything illegal.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Resell access to the service without our written permission.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Content and intellectual property
The plan, task lists, copy, design, code, and all related content of Home in Ten are our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for yourself (or — if you're a realtor — for your listing clients via a brokerage plan). You don't acquire any ownership rights in the content.
If you upload a logo or branding as a realtor, you represent that you have the rights to use it and grant us permission to display it to your clients through the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may occasionally have downtime for maintenance or updates. We may also change or discontinue features, but if we make a material reduction to a paid plan during your billing period, we'll offer a prorated refund for the unused time.
Disclaimer
Home in Ten is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need. The plan is general guidance, not professional advice — decisions about your home, your sale, or your stuff are yours to make.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home in Ten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Realtor plans & your clients
If you're on a brokerage plan, you're responsible for the clients you invite. Make sure they know you're inviting them to Home in Ten and that they consent to receiving email from the service. You must not invite clients who haven't agreed to be added.
Termination
You can cancel any time from your account. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If the change is material, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Home in Ten is operated. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
